Management Team

HALE GORDON / Director

Hale is a Licensed Electrical Contractor with more than 15 years of experience in the electrical and solar industries. He is a dedicated professional and Dubbo local, with a passion for supporting regional communities and delivering individualised solutions for our customers. Level 2 certificated, with extensive solar and battery storage design experience, Hale manages the business development of Red Earth Electrical, along with being the initial point of contact and design manager for our clients.

Ben Josephs / site manager

With more than a decade of electrical and solar experience, Ben supervises the Red Earth Electrical team and oversees the company’s projects from the ground up, taking a hands-on approach to ensuring our customers get the right solution for them – from design to installations and maintenance. Ben is a Licensed Electrical Contractor, with a Level 2 certification and extensive experience across Regional NSW.
